Digital Delivery Only
All Heartune products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply to any order.
How You Receive Your Song
After your order is placed, you will receive your finished song through a private delivery page link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. From the delivery page you can stream your song, download the MP3, view the lyrics, and share a private gift page with the recipient.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by package:
- Heartfelt — Lyrics within 20 hours, finished song within 5 days of lyrics approval.
- Keepsake — Lyrics within 6 hours, finished song within 24 hours of lyrics approval.
Delivery time begins when your order is placed and your personalization details have been submitted in full. If we need additional information from you, our team will reach out by email.
Worldwide Availability
Heartune songs are available and delivered worldwide. Because all delivery is digital, there are no customs charges, shipping fees, or delivery restrictions based on location.
Order Confirmation Emails
You'll receive the following emails as your order progresses:
- An order confirmation with your order number, immediately after checkout.
- A lyrics email when your draft lyrics are ready for review.
- A delivery email when your finished song is ready.
If you can't find our emails, check your spam or promotions folder and mark hello@heartune.love as a safe sender.
Didn't Receive Your Song?
If you haven't received your Heartune within the expected timeframe:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Search your inbox for "Heartune" or hello@heartune.love.
- Visit our Track Order page to check your order status anytime.
- If your song is still missing, email us at hello@heartune.love and we'll resend it promptly.
